Challenges

The client, a franchisee or business of a well-known custom closet company. The client had difficulty extracting and organizing data from their operational system, limiting their ability to gain actionable insights. They lacked a clear view of their sales pipeline and lead generation sources, making it challenging to identify opportunities for growth. Our Solution

 Numlytics Consulting implemented a comprehensive Data analytics dashboard that pulled data directly from the operational system. Our solution turned the raw data into meaningful insights, enabling the client to track their key performance indicators (KPIs) with ease. 

Overall, the solution included three main components: 

  • Data Ingestion: Collecting raw data from  the client’s store application using AutoIt scripts to extract data in PDF form. 
  • Data Staging: Cleaning, organizing, and preparing data for further processing and analysis.
  •  Interactive Dashboard: A Power BI desktop application providing real-time insights and detailed KPI tracking for business decision-making. 

Key features of the dashboard included

 Lead Tracking: Total leads by source (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google, Instagram) and conversion rates from leads to appointments.

Appointment Management: Visualized the success rate of appointments turning into sales.

Sales Performance: Tracked total sales, sales by lead, average sales, and performance by designer.

Key Metrics: Monitored closing ratios, serving ratios, and efficiency of follow-ups (e.g., one-call closes, 48-hour follow-ups).

Real-Time Reporting: Designed to be displayed on large screens for instant visibility into daily performance.
