Most clients are live with their first set of dashboards within 4 weeks of kickoff. Week 1 covers discovery and requirements, Week 2 covers data pipeline setup, and Weeks 3–4 cover dashboard build, review, and deployment. Complex multi-source environments may take slightly longer, we'll confirm timing after the initial discovery call.
Our primary tool is Power BI, delivered via the Microsoft Fabric and Power BI Service. We connect to virtually any data source including SQL Server, Azure, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Excel, SharePoint, Google Analytics, and custom APIs via Azure Data Factory and Power Query.
